Slowing down to reveal his policy, and his insistence on the Palestinians to recognize Israel as a Jewish or a nation State for what he named the “Jewish people.” Israeli PM, Netanyahu was not embarrassed to announce publicly and at the hearing of the US that he adopted ethnic cleansing policy in his political settlement with the Palestinians.
Within the context of his strategy that based on judaizing and ethnic cleansing, which virtually practiced by the Israeli government in Jerusalem, the Palestinian Valley, south of Hebron and other areas of the West Bank. Accordingly, Netanyahu requested the US envoy, Jared Kouchner. and Jason Greenblatt, to agree on the annexation of some settlements to Jerusalem in return for granting the Palestinian Authority towns at Wadi Arra as a part of a “future peace agreement” as the Israeli Gov’t intends to make a demographic change that maximizing settlers and minimizing Palestinian presence in the city. Thus, Netanyahu announced to stand by a draft law that allows the expansion of those area under the control of the Israeli occupation municipality in Jerusalem, including the Maaleh Adumim, Betar Illit, Givat Ze’ev, Efrat and the Gush Etzion settlements. it was said that Avigdor Lieberman “has submitted the above mentioned law years ago to get rid not only of Um Al-Fahm and other towns of Wadi Ara , but also of Kafr Qasim.
The idea of ethnic cleansing is an old-new one in the Zionist Movement and the Jewish Agency since the British Mandate on Palestine. In 1936, the Bill commission was formed to inquire the events and in 1937, the commission recommended the partition of Palestine into two states, one Arab and the other Jewish. At the same time, it demanded a population exchange between the two countries, so that 225,000 Palestinians from the so-called Jewish state would be deported to the territories of the Palestinian State, and about 1250 Jews would move from the Palestinian territories to Jewish state. The Troika of the Zionist movement and the Jewish Agency consisted of Weizmann, Moshe Sharett and David Ben-Gurion, who welcomed the idea. As for David Ben-Gurion, who wrote in his special diary on July 12th, 1937 that the forced expulsion of the Arabs from the valleys that were proposed to the Jewish state gives us what we didn’t have even during the temples.
Within such black ideas, the policy of transfer and ethnic cleansing were actually carried out during the last days of the British mandate on Palestine under the Dalet Plan, which was officially adopted by the leadership of the Jewish Agency on March 10th 1948, and then implemented by the Hagana Military Units that demolishes houses, properties and goods, as well as laying mines in the rubble to prevent the population from returning to them. These crimes were disclosed by a number of the new Jewish historian, Benny Morris, Shima Falaban, Avi Shlaim and Ilan Pappe. The Dalet plan lasted for 6 months, during which Israel committed 28 brutal massacres that resulted in the destruction of 531 Palestinian towns and villages on top of which was the Deir Yassin massacre, and the evacuation of 11 residential neighborhoods in some Palestinian cities, and the displacement of 800,000 Palestinians, who turned into refugees in their homeland and the neighboring Arab countries.
Perhaps Israel managed to carry out such a policy of mass ethnic cleansing against the Palestinians in advertency of the international public opinion, which shamelessly retaliated on the Israeli ethnic cleansing crimes against the Palestinians, forgetting to taking account the heavy Nazism’s genocides against Russians, Poles and Gypsies’ Jews in World War II, and that the Nazi victims of the Jews have turned into new Nazis against others, but the implementation of such a plan using the old means of the 21st century is no longer possible. Thus, the Israeli governments resorts to the policy of transfer and ethnic cleansing silently, and plans to push unilaterally such a policy as a part of a future peace agreement sponsored by the auspicious of US A.
Israeli Government shall reconsider its strategies and plans for many reasons, especially, after the recent Jerusalemites’ uprising, which sized its ambitions to impose spatial and temporal division in the Al- Aqsa Mosque and the Holy Haram.
As for the Palestinians of Um Al-Fahm and Kafr Qasim, they are not settlers, they are the indigenous people of Palestine, and the Arabs of Jerusalem, which will sooner or later return to the Palestinians and will be their eternal capital with its Islamic and Christian sanctities, its towns and villages that are not subjected to be swapped with illegal settlements established by Israel breaching the international law and international legitimacy resolutions, especially after the recent historic victory in defending the city, the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Holy Haram.
